COVID-19
With the closing of schools and universities and other responses to COVID-19, we know this can be a frightening and frustrating time for students and their families. We pray to Allah, The Protector (Al-Muhaymin) to protect us, our families, and our communities from this pandemic. If there’s anything the UHMSA Shura can do to assist you, please contact uhmsapresident@gmail.com. This document is a compilation of resources that we believe would be beneficial for Houston-area students, of all backgrounds. We will continue to update it to the best of our ability in the coming months as more projects and resources appear. CAPS Let's Talk
CAPS is here for you, Cougars! Do you need a brief consultation with a counselor, but not interested in on-going services? “Let’s Talk” is a perfect alternative. This consultation service is available from 3–4PM, Monday through Friday to all UH students, faculty, and staff. To access a counselor, call 713-743-5454 and Let’s Talk!
